VIRGINIA

  1. You must download and read Responsibilities of Commercial Pesticide Applicators and Registered Technicians in Virginia before credits can be received.

  2. Take your courses (listed below) and pass the final exam with at least 70%. PLEASE NOTE: The State of Virginia requires you to spend a MINIMUM OF 50 MINUTES on each course in order to receive credit.

  3. COURSE REQUIREMENTS :

    General Pest Control (7-A) successful completion of
    - 3 pest-specific courses from among courses 100-120, 200-220 plus:
    - #300-IPM in Schools and Daycare Facilities OR #150-Introduction to Inspection Techniques and #160-Prescription Treatment Techniques.

    Wood - Destroying Pest Control (7-B) successful completion of
    - #230 "Installation and Service of the ADVANCE Termite Bait System"
    - #232 "Introduction to Subterranean Termite Inspections
    - #208 "The Biology and Control of Carpenter Ants"
    - #160-Prescription Treatment Techniques

    Registered Technicians (60) should complete the above requirements that correspond to their work area.

  4. Once you have completed all available courses, print your transcript and forward it to the following address:
