Take your courses (listed below) and pass the final exam with at least 70%. PLEASE NOTE: The State of New York requires you to spend a MINIMUM OF 50 MINUTES on each course in order to receive credit.
Course Requirements:
You may earn up to 50% of the recertification credits required for your certification category through the courses offered on pt-u.com
A particular course may be repeated once in a recertification cycle but not within 12 months.
Once you have completed all available courses:
a) Print and retain your transcript
b) Print and retain
a New York Proof of Recertification Credits
form for each course completed in color.
