NEW YORK

1. Take your courses (listed below) and pass the final exam with at least 70%. PLEASE NOTE: The State of New York requires you to spend a MINIMUM OF 50 MINUTES on each course in order to receive credit.
   
   Course Requirements:
   • A passing score of 70% is required to earn the credit assigned to the course.
   • Maximum hours of training is 7 per day.  NYSDEC will not accept recertification credits for more than 7 hours of training in 1 day.
   • A particular course may not be repeated in any recertification cycle.
     
     
     
2. Once you have completed all available courses:
   
   Forward your name, company name, pt-u student number, and license number(s) via email to Sande Summers and:
   
   

1. NYSDEC will be notified of course completion.
   AND
2. You will receive a signed course certificate via mail to submit to NYSDEC.
